Ever since I returned home from my Study Abroad to Europe almost 5 years ago (man, how time flies), I was obsessed with the Italian ice cream-GELATO. Then, I got my family hooked when we all went back Summer 2007. In America, it has never tasted the same as in Europe until....we (ok, well, my parents) found a little gem in Salt Lake called Bellissimo Gelato. It is a-mazing! Morgan, we wish you were here to indulge in such a delectable dessert. Check it out for yourself and let us know what you think. We love this place and hope that are able to stay in business!!
