We had absolutely GORGEOUS weather when Dad and Bud were visiting--but then again we usually have good weather. One glorious morning was spent at our dear zoo seeing the animals
and doing pull ups.
We are putting our zoo pass to good use!
Joe's Farm Grill was featured on the Food Network. Lots of our friends love it so we had to try it out.
When the line goes outside the door and you are hanging out for 45 minutes--
that is when you know it is worth the wait!
What we got (and shared so we could all try the goodness):
The Fontina burger: roasted red pepper, grilled mushrooms, field greens, farm-made pecan pesto and fontina**this is the exact burger featured on the Food Network.
The 4B burger: thick cut bacon, blue cheese, hand-breaded onion ring, Joe’s Real BBQ sauce.
BBQ chicken pizza
Onion rings, fries, sweet potato fries, and shakes.
**Most of the veggies are grown right out the back door on land called Agritopia so everything is super fresh. The meat is local too and you can definitely taste the difference.
