This was our first Christmas Eve with just our little family and we had a huge feast that very tasty made by Scott and I. The menu consisted of: pork loin with an orange cranberry sauce, garlic red mashed potatoes, creamed corn, brussel sprouts, Christmas salad, homemade rolls and sparkling cider. Christmas music and flickering candles created the perfect ambiance for a wonderful evening.
