We were so happy that Scott had a real Spring Break the first week of April and we decided to head to San Diego for a few days. Everything looked so green and beautiful. We could definitely get used to the weather there.
The first evening we drove to the San Diego temple to see it at sunset. I love that temple--everything about it is absolutely perfect.
The next 2 days we went to Sea World. Talmage was so excited to see baby seals. He is the perfect age for almost everything. There are little rides, tide pools, shows, dolphins, sea lions, flamingos, penguins, sharks, fish, turtles, a polar bear, beluga whale and of course Shamu. Talmage's favorite show was Shamu Rocks. It has Shamu and the other killer whales swimming and splashing around along with lights and music. It's also one big dance party. Afton fell asleep during it, but the rest of us had a great time!
