peach palooza

This morning we ventured out in the 100 degree+ weather with our friends Lacy, Lily & Quin and traveled an hour and a half to do one thing. Pick peaches. Cause isn't that the normal thing to do in Arizona for a Summer activity? Well, you already know the answer. I'm looking forward to a weekend full of everything peaches. Bring on the peach palooza!!
The orchard is called Apple Annies and they grow more than just apples like peaches and all types of vegetables and pumpkins during their proper season. Thus, we went to pick peaches.

 Yes, we tasted their fudge (very random at an orchard, but it was good).

 Off to pick some peaches! Afton would grab the duds on the ground and place them in the bucket. Talmage liked to get the small ones and would say, "Oh look how cute!"

 Afton bit into a peach to taste test and wasn't a fan of the fuzzy outside. I loved her reaction in this picture. (She really does love peaches though!)

 It was so fun to hang out with my favorite two littles and our friends on this peach adventure.

We tried their peach pie a la mode (not pictured)--which was delish and will be having peaches for every meal and dessert this weekend!
