temple trip

Yesterday we took a day trip to go see the new Phoenix temple. We are so blessed to have gone to an open house twice this year in AZ! It's been neat to take the kids and they love seeing pictures of the temple and going to visit it. Even Afton can identify temples and gets excited when she sees one. The Phoenix temple is a "smaller" temple and is located on the outskirts of the populated area. There were tons of original, beautiful paintings inside which we all loved seeing up close. Now, they just need to get working on the Tucson temple so we can see some progress. So far, they haven't even broke ground...
